5. Copy of Last Three (3) Months of Bank Statements for all accounts both inside your country and outside (if applicable) wherever assets can be sourced.
6. Excel chart with monthly rental Income or property income or expenses.
1. Copy of Fully Executed Sales Contract.
2. Copy of Checks and/or Transfers given to the seller as part of the initial fee.
3. If the Property Title will be under the name of an American Society:
Articles and statutes of the company and Shares or Certificates (executed).
